I am Christa and it is lovely to meet you! Life taught me several life lessons where I was also stuck and overwhelmed. Little did I know that life was happening for me and not too me. Life prepared me practically and laid the foundation for my career as a Relationships Coach, Psychologist, Sexologist and Team Dynamics Coach.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy (counselling)?

Although we are individuals, we are always in relation to people - We are relational beings.

Understanding the individual as well as understanding the challenges we face when in relation to people  the system makes her a powerhouse!

She a qualified Psychologist, Social worker as well as a Sexologist (Psycho-Sexologist). 

As a relationships / life coach she is well equipped to guide the individual with specific psychological, mental and trauma through a coaching process.

Her holistic (bio-psycho-social) approach makes her a world-class coach.

Is Christa's Coaching Program a Cookie-cut Program?

Christa works with her proven ELATION Blueprint during the Coaching program.

She applies the fundamentals of the ELATION Blueprint in both her 1:1 coaching programs as well as the the group coaching programs.

It is however important to know that 1:1 coaching program is individually customized to ensure that the client gets the maximum benefit out of the program to reach the desired outcomes.

How long is the Coaching Program

Christa offers a 12 week (3month) coaching program. 

There will be weekly 90 minute sessions with worksheets to assist with implementation.
